(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I complained about problems receiving my medication, however I do want to compliment the officers who tried to get me the medication. I would also like to thank the Nurse who apologised for not being able to get the medication for me.

I am sorry that you have had difficulty accessing you medication. The healthcare department are currently working with the prison and improving the current systems to ensure that medicines are admisistered in a timely manner. I am glad that you experience with the prison and health staff was positive and would like to thank you for feeding that back.
