I fell over on the ice and cut my elbow this morning. My local surgery were unable to help. I turned up at hospital reception and explained my problem. I was seen within 15 minutes and received first class service from a Sister, a Nurse and a Student Nurse and was out within 45 minutes of being seen. Cannot praise too highly.
