"All round excellent service"

I visited on a snowy evening after being stuck in traffic from work and was slightly late. The hospital has plenty of nearby parking, to the rear and in a well-maintained car park. This was free of charge. The male member of staff on Reception was very polite and helpful, despite my late arrival and welcomed me with a smile. My appointment with a Lifestyle Advisor with St. Helens Council went ahead as soon as I arrived, as he was waiting to greet me by Reception. I found the hospital to be clean, tidy, modern and welcoming. I would whole-heartedly recommend it to all users and the service I received was top class. Well done Newton Community Hospital. You are a credit to the NHS
