(as the patient),

I came for a pregnancy test and the people were really supportive (Susan and Lorraine) and they helped me and they went through the test with me and told me what would happen if the test came out positive, and the support I would get. over all it was good and they were supportive

Good morning Ashley - I am so glad you took the time to post your feedback on Patient Opinion - thank you. It sounds like you had a very positive and supportive intervention with our nurses, which is super to hear. Providing a service which is acceptable and accessible to young people is a real priority for us and it is good to know that we have got it right for you.
