Had a naso-ethmoidal fracture requiring surgery. From the second I arrived at ward B20 the way I was treated was faultless. From consultation with the surgeon and anethetist upon arrival who made me feel extremely relaxed about the upcoming operation to the nurses who introduced me to the ward and prepared me to go for surgery. After I came round I was looked after brilliantly and cannot thank the ward staff enough for the way I was cared for. I felt as though I was in a fancy hotel rather than a hospital, nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy and smiling. You are all a credit to the NHS.
