I’m sorry that you felt the standard of cleanliness was below your expectation. In the absence of any specific locations / details, it is difficult to address your concerns. The Trust have highly trained staff and a very robust cleaning schedule in line with the National Specification of Cleanliness. The Trusts current P.L.A.C.E. (Patient Led Assessment of the Care Environment) score is 94%. The Hotel Services Department are committed to continuous improvement with a check, audit, action plan, review process to achieve this.
