"Lack of care through discrimination"

I am going through a personal injury claim from an accident in Feb 2006. My GP referred me after two years to an ortho cons with a history of my mental health problems ie severe depression when there was no need to do so as I had made a full recovery. The consultant treated me with little respect and even though I was suffering the effects of the accident still, he did not treat me even though he noted changes in his report. Further referal, this time to a private hospital. Appt was rejected because my depression was again divulged. Many visits to my GP with increasing symptoms but nothing was done until I asked about referring me to have an MRI. He refused and became aggressive by pushing me out of his office. He reports the continuing symptoms on every visit and knows that I need full details of my injuries for court purposes but will not support me by refering me back to the hospital. I live in Kettering, Northants and feel there is there a two tier health sysem in place here.
