"Recent dealings with Epu, c20 and delivery suite"

I have had quite a few visits to this hospital in the last 12 months after having an ectopic pregnancy and a miscarriage..I am currently 18 weeks pregnant but have been back and forth again to epu and c20 with complications...the Main problems is the lack of communication between the staff..I have found a lot of miscommunication between gps, midwives and the hospital.. At around 11 weeks I rang a midwife as I was bleeding and severe vomiting..I was told to ring delivery suite.. I did but they said they can't help until I'm 14 weeks.. To then be passed all over the place and no one would help me.. I rang midwife back who rang c20 who said they were full so I can't just walk in and that I'd have to go through A&E..After approx 6 hrs in A&E I was admitted into c20 with hypermesis.. I was more worried about my baby because of the bleeding.. But I was given no reassurance or tests to discover if I was losing baby..I was kept in for 3 days on anti sick meds and fluids and everyday I was promised a scan at the epu (around the corner from c20) which never happened..on day 3 I was told by one nurse she will send for my meds from pharmacy then I can go home in 2hrs...and an appointment for a scan will be sent in the post.. 4hrs later I asked another nurse how much longer to find out the prescription hadn't even been sent... Eventually I got home after another 2hrs and I had scan 2 days later... Luckily baby was fine and bleeding due to bicornate uterus.. The lack of any empathy was awful and I'm now suffering constant anxiety.. The fact that they knew from me telling them and my notes that I have had a horrendous past with pregnancies, losing my 1st baby at 18 weeks, I was admitted to whiston hospital for an induced labour.. During the last stages I was refused a bedpan and ended up delivering my baby down a toilet.. So whiston hospital is out of the question for me...which leaves warrington.. But I'm losing faith in this hospital too.. There are some lovely staff but some that are not so good and it only takes one to ruin your experience... A couple of weeks ago at 16 weeks I was getting bad pains and was told to call delivery suite.. They said they can't see me until I'm 18 weeks (was told 14 weeks a few weeks ago so now completely confused).. I ended up at the walk in... Everything ok luckily just high blood pressure and uterus stretching... So To put my mind at rest I decided to actually see the delivery unit and maybe meet some staff.. I rang the delivery suite to ask how to arrange this and was told to book this I have to speak to the antenatal unit.. Was transferred to them to be told they dont do this anymore and if I want to see the unit I can view a 3 minute video on you tube.. Great.. I am so scared of things going wrong and I have no confidence in anybody
