About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Have had my first appointment which was running late due to ENT being called into surgery (totally understandable). Appointment was ok but the page of exercises I was given was so over copied I can't see what I am supposed to do! Also been advised that I have lost some hearing but do not know how bad it is. I'm also confused about what is happening next and what further tests will be carried out as I was told I need balance tests as well as rechecking my hearing, but not sure when the balance test will be?! Was told I would have my next hearing check appointment in 3 months. I called to check as I have not heard from the hospital since my initial appointment and I am not sure how the process works. I was put through to the appointment team who could not see anything booked, so tried to transfer me to the reception to check what was going on. The phone rang for 15 minutes straight before I gave up.
