"A&E Visit 11/1/15"

About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

Arrival time aprox 00.48 booked in palpitations. Seen 00.50 aprox blood pressure ECG. Asked to take a seat in minor waiting area 1.05 aprox seen by doctor at 6.05!!! Does anyone review and action or ask questions why? To improve on patient services. As u can see I was sat there for aprox 5 hrs 15 mins doing nothing same as many paid employees in this department. Not an issue of rescources from monitoring the situation myself, more than accountability. No communication or apologies whatsover staff behind desk eating marshmallows drinking red bull and chatting general (not work related) sorry one comment was saying how quick the shift was going! I do not expect this review to be published or actioned as negative ones never do. maybe if individual staff (not all)were more proactive the NHS would not be in the state it is today.
