"The nhs should be privatised to get ride of bad..."

About: Royal Preston Hospital

I came into an almost empty waiting room on sum day afternoon with intense stomach pain. The receptionist did as she was trained and updated all my contact detail and told me to take a seat. 45 minutes later I'm call to see a nurse who does a quick blood presure and pulse check and asked my story. After 5 minutes another nurse apears at the door inviting my nurse for a brew. I'm quickly told to return to the waiting area for a doctor while she retrivesaid her cup of tea. It has been 3 hours since I was told to return to the waiting area and I am still sat in agony. All of the pain killers I have taken to be able to get myself here habe now war off. To try and distract myself from the pain I stated to read through the exprinces of other members of the public with this hospital. What u found was discussing review going back years with the same issues of rude nurses and lack of information. People waiting as the maximum wait time of 4 hours comes and goes and no one is any wiser. Reduces taxes and get all of the under education and unprofessional cares out from the hospital and waiting tables or answering phones. These people should not be trying to comfort anyone
