"Overwhelmed with respect and admiration"

I want to say how great the service I received at Whipps Cross was.

I was really scared and on my own when I came in and was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.

All the staff were exceptional. I feel the need to express this because the NHS is getting a bad press at the moment. I came in to Whipps Cross, Betty the Diabetic nurse was so great, as were all the ward staff. I feel overwhelmed with respect and admiration for the work they do. Its not until something like this happens that you that you really appreciate where the taxes are being spent.
