My son phoned Preston Primary Care with a very bad sore throat last week. They were very sharp with him and put the phone down.
When his dad came home at 11pm he took him to Primary Care. He had a temperature of 39 and was given some strong antibiotics. He should have been seen sooner. 4 days later and he is still ill.
