I fell down some stairs and cut my head rather badly' From the time my daughter in law called the ambulance to being seen at A&E, x- rayed, head cleaned and stitched, and allowed to go home with family was five and a half hours. All my family and myself were really impressed with the service, the care and professionalism of all the staff, from the ambulance medics right through to the lovely doctor Alistair in A&E, also the nurses who cleaned me up. The care was exceptional and I cannot thank them enough. If anyone criticises the NHS to me I will certainly put them straight. They are hard working dedicated people and I admire and thank them all.
