I had bladder installations for about 6 months and I would like to say that the whole of the team who have treated me have been excellent and I couldn't have been treated any better, they are a real credit to the hospital. I also had to have an operation and has a couple of false starts, firstly my papers got lost so I had to phone several times for it to be arranged and the papers sent again. Then when the operation was arranged, I was unfortunately unwell, the person booking the appointments was told that I had refused treatment (absolutely not the case and not what was written on my records) but hence she did not rebook me, so therefore I had to phone numerous times again (my answerphone messages were not answered as she had decided I did not want the op despite my calling saying I wanted to rebook!!!!! However when I finally had the operation, the team looking after me could not have been better, from the nurses in the operation room, and recovery to the doctor performing the operation and the anaesthetist. All of them listened to me and were extremely professional, because of that, they made the experience the best it could be so I wanted to say thank you.
