My elderly mother fell at home at around 16:30 and could not be lifted by neighbour as she was in pain. Ambulance was called and arrived promptly. Into an A&E cubicle on arrival and seen by the Doctor within 5 minutes. Moved to RESUS within 10 minutes to monitor irregular hearbeat. Admitted that evening. Nothing but praise for the ambulance crew and all of the staff. Efficient team even though every cubicle was full.
