About: East Surrey Hospital / General surgery Surrey and Sussex

(as the patient),

Attended Crawley walk in centre, West Sussex in early hours of 10th Jan in severe pain and the sister on duty was very caring and thoughtful. I was transferred to East Surrey Hospital and after a short stay in A&E transferred to Surgical Assessment Unit and the care they gave me was fantastic. The doctors were rushed off their feet.

People are quick to put the hospital down but the staff do the best they can and always work hard. Special mention to nurse Abbey Wood who was very professional and attentive.
