"Staff were very nice at St Mary's Hospital"

I went along for an outpatients appointment at the Gynaecology department in St. Mary’s Hospital. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was seen to quickly where I signed some forms and was told to come back the next day for some tablets. I don’t know why I couldn’t have had the tablets the same day. I also have to make another appointment. I have the main telephone number of the hospital which is on the card I have, but it is not working.
