I am so outraged, I was scheduled 2 appointments with the Knee clinic and both times these were postponed. Worse thing is no-one bothered to inform me! They said they called but I did not receive a single miss call. For my second scheduled appointment I actually went to the hospital to be only told that my appointment postponed. So much inconvenience and the reception staff couldn't care less.
