"Superb"

My mother has recently had a second knee replacement op. Once again her consultant has delivered first class care. Assisted by a dedicated nursing team on Neustadt Welton ward, her nurse ensured my 83 year old mum felt safe and retained her dignity. I cannot fault the service and dedication we experienced. Follow up appointments in clinic have been prompt and professional. The consultant's delightful sense of humour and excellent people skills have kept mum on track and ensured that she follows recommended exercise regimes. We cannot speak highly enough of the orthopaedic team and wish to publicly thank them and wish them well for the future.
