"Assessment visit to Physio"

After 'clocking in' (volunteers are essential), finding the location via Gate Numbers was simple as was following the screen calling you to your appointment, with the Consultant waiting in the corridor outside the scheduled room number. Waiting an hour for a 9:30 appointment was rather long as it was only the third appointment of the day and I did not see any reference to a reception desk hidden around the corner. The appointment was positive with the Consultant quickly assessing the situation and giving printed treatment sheets not wasting any time.
