"Great reassurance from staff in the DVT Unit"

On Monday a scan showed that I had a DVT in my right leg. I was immediately referred to the DVT Unit and have attended there each day since for treatment and tests.

I have met different staff each day. There has however been one consistent theme during each of my visits: the overwhelming reassurance received.

At what was a stressful time, all of the following can be used in describing each and every member of that department I have met this week: attentive, informative, reassuring, knowledgeble and in particular very professional.
