"Cardiac Outpatient Appointment"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

All the members of staff who were involved in my visit to the outpatient department (receptionist, nurses and consultant), were welcoming, kind, friendly and reassuring. I arrived feeling scared but went away feeling reassured.
