I took my 95 year old mother to see the doctor at the Field Road Medical Centre in New Brighton. The staff were very helpful and efficient and cheerful. The doctor was interested in mum and gave me some good advice about procedures.
My mother is in a residential home and having walking difficulties. Her left knee is very painful and swollen. The staff offered a wheelchair and were kind and thoughtful. Rare birds these days.
