"Thank you Wexham Park Hospital"

Following an abnormal result of my bowel cancer test I was referred to Wexham Park for further examination. This proved positive. Within a very short timeframe I was seen by a surgeon. Within a couple of weeks I was admitted to The Christiansen Unit where I underwent an operation. This was successful and I was discharged several days later. From the time of my first referral to the time of my discharge I was treated with great professionalism and courtesy. The staff on my ward were superb and I cannot thank them enough for the help and support they provided. The speed with which I was progressed through the system is little short of amazing. I could not have received better treatment had I been paying. I am now receiving chemotherapy by way of self administered medication at home and feel that I am recovering well. What a brilliant service. Thanks to all involved in my treatment.
