"111 out of hours clinic"

I injured my back over Christmas and on Boxing Day I was in enormous pain and unable to walk without pain. I called 111 and answered questions, which then gave a priority of when I would be seen. My partner drove me to the out of hour's clinic and we waited no more than 20 minutes to be seen. I was given an anti- inflammatory injection and given a perscription for painkillers to tide me over until I could get physiotherapy. The service I received was wonderful and the immediate pain relief I had after being seen was fantastic. I was impressed how well the 111 team worked and I was very grateful that these people came to work on Boxing Day. The staff were so good, considering the immense pressure they were under. They did a great job and I would like to say thank you very much.
