Tom allowed me to see my little border collie today before he had to be put down. I have never felt so low but Tom held my hand whilst I cried and cried. 'Less is more' proved correct on this occasion - Tom said very little but his eyes showed me he cared.
My granddaughter is visiting me this afternoon. She seems to have a soft spot for Tom too.
Thank you Tom. Today has been a horrible day but you have made it better.
