Patient sent a Thank You card to the Community Psychiatric Nurse the message read:

"Thank you so so much for all your help and support."

It is really nice for individual clinicians to receive positive feedback in the form of a thank you card knowing that their input was supportive and helpful; I am sure that the community nurse really appreciated the gesture.
