"I was very pleased with how I was treated"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Diabetic medicine

(as the patient),

I was referred to TRAQS by a nurse at the surgery who didn’t explain or make it clear to me what to expect. But I was very pleased with how I was treated and learnt a lot more from Dr Warner than from my own GP

I am disappointed to hear that the Practice Nurse did not explain that she was referring you via TRAQS for a consultant opinion.

However, I am pleased to hear that everything went well at the appointment and wish you well for the future.
