"Amazing care received at A&E"

Many thanks to the lovely night staff at A&E at the Derby Royal for everything they did. Staff were efficient, caring and kind. I have a terrible needle phobia and was absolutely petrified but the Sister really helped to calm me down and just take some time with me to ensure things got done in a way I could tolerate. She and her colleagues did an amazing job and I was so impressed with their caring compassion, even in such a busy setting; You are all a credit to your profession and our NHS!
