"Hospital closed"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

My mother in law became very this last week and required some medical care which can only be provided in hospital, IV support etc. The ambulance staff arrived on scene and sadly informed us that the William Harvey was shut to admissions,both her GP and the ambulance staff told us she required hospital care....need I say more

Thank you for your feedback, please may I assure you that the WHH has not been closed to admissions. I hope your mother in law is improving but if she is not please do go through the 111 service for advice about how to access care.
