After visiting southmead A&E Saturday 3/1 on a very bust night I was very impressed with the doctors and nurses and the ambulance staff from keynsham.. Everyone was organised and friendly the wait times could have been quicker but it was very busy. Tea was provided to everyone waiting and the desk was manned by a receptionist who organised everything smoothly a lovely friendly team.
