"It was a great experience!"

I received Cryotherapy at St. Catherine’s Hospital. It was the best NHS Treatment in respect of a whole experience. Easy to find (map was enclosed with appointment) and free parking. The staff were polite and welcoming and it was in a clean environment. I arrived on time and was called into a relaxed consulting room. I was given a full explanation of the treatment which allowed me to understand it fully. I was talked through the treatment as it was being performed. I was given a follow up leaflet to take with me and a full explanation of “what if’s”. It was a great experience! Try and roll it out to Arrowe Park!!
