Michaela my community matron has been looking after me for about six months. She has given me all the telephone numbers I may need. I have the number for out of hours service too. She sees me regularly and is very supportive. If I need different pills, she organises this for me. I had a heart failure whilst in hospital and the nurses and matron keep a close eye on me. I am very happy with the care I receive from Michaela.
