(as the patient),

I go to the Wicker Clinic to get my script. However, it’s a bit far for me to come. I would like to have longer prescriptions.

Thank you for your comments, we would be happy to discuss longer presriptions with you. We offer frequent appointments to make sure that you are on the right dose to make you feel comfortable, if getting here is difficult we could work out a way of doing some reviews by telephone in between long appointments. Please feel free to comment further.
