I’ve been coming to Guernsey House for about a year and up to now I have no complaints apart from having to re-new a letter from the Job Centre every three months. Sounds like a long time but when you only come down once a fortnight it gets a bit annoying. Other than this I’ve never needed to complain. The doctors have always listened and done their best for my situation.
