"I left each session feeling a little more able to cope"

About: Inclusion Matters Wirral

(as the patient),

I attended the sessions for six weeks. I found my counsellor to be very understanding. She allowed me room to talk and express my problems and concerns she left me space to work out what I needed to improve my situation by asking the right questions.

I feel more positive as a result of my sessions. I left each session feeling a little more able to cope. Thanks for all your help
