"Wards good but abrupt attitude"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

The ambulance crew were perfect, staff at A&E were polite, however in a side ward, I was attended by a nurse who was abrupt and rude towards me, accusing me of having an attitude with her. I was put on a trolley with no working buzzer, therefore I soiled myself heavily and was told off by her. She was annoyed at having to clean me up.

transfered to Observation ward for a couple of days then on to St Patricks and the staff there were lovely.
