"Sheer Excellence!"

In November and December 2014, I had two cataract removel and lens implant operations at the Western Eye Hospital. I could write pages of nothing but praise for the treatment I received at every stage from my first to last visit at this exceptional (my opinion) hospital. It may seem odd but I was continually being reminded that I was a real patient with a name, that I mattered hugely and was being cared for with total expertise and kindness. Never have I witnessed such dedication and absolute excellence in any other NHS establishment and I will be lauding this hospital at every opportunity in the future.
