About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square

I have called my doctor's secretary four times to ask about my treatment, left my contact detail to call me back, heard nothing and he/she has not got the courtesy of saying they got my message. I have written down time and dates I have called. I have NMD and I am not able to manage, had one treatment and nothing since. no care offered to me as such.
