I am very impressed with my visit, as an outpatient, to this department. I was in and out within an hour of having an x-ray and ultrasound on my first visit and a flexible cystoscopy on my second visit. Hardly any waiting times, lovely, friendly staff that would guide you to the necessarily department, treated with dignity and everything well explained. I wouldn't know how they could improve it.
