"Excellent care in Gynaecology Outpatients"

I attended the Gynaecology Outpatients and was very impressed with how efficiently the Unit runs. All the staff, without exception, show kindness and compassion and understanding, at what can be an anxious time as a patient. I was given clear information about what to expect during the procedure beforehand and on the day. I appreciated being able to speak to the Consultant and ask questions and I came away feeling clear about next steps. One member of staff even said to me how much she enjoyed working there and it certainly shows there is good teamwork. Thank you to you all.
