I moved to Colchester ten years ago and for the first eight years didn’t need the hospital. Then I fell over and broke my wrist and my knee cap. I received first class care – everyone from the receptionist in A&E to the orthopaedic surgeon treated me with dignity and respect. As I entered my fifties I needed the hospital again – this time the endocrinology department. Again – I couldn’t have wished for better care. Then on Boxing Day my mother in law – who lived out of region – was admitted after being unwell. Once more the care she had was first rate. I do not have any complaints about the treatment or the care received or the conduct or behaviour of any member of staff. Thank you.
"Three treatments and all positive"
