"Effective, expeditious, excellent!"

I have just returned from receiving first-class treatment at Frimley Park's ED. It was a busy day for the hospital and I would have delayed my visit (the condition was not life-threatening) had it not been that the Bracknell Urgent Care Centre strongly advised me to go and not to wait to see a GP the next day. Despite the huge queue, I was seen within 30 minutes, treated rapidly, effectively and sympathetically by a consultant and given appropriate advice as to subsequent treatment. This is exemplary healthcare provided despite the enormous strains under which the grossly underfunded NHS has to operate. Thanks and congratulations to all those concerned: medical and nursing staff, receptionists - even the car-park attendant.
