"Cycling Accident Treatment Fri 2nd Jan"

Two of us were hit by a car whilst out cycling in Aldury. The Ambulance came in just a few minutes, the two Paramedics were efficient and friendly, I was put on a back board as my neck was injured and my friend travelled in the ambulance normally, he had a nasty gash to his eye and severe bruising. Despite the A & E being exceptionally busy we were seen promptly, I had x Rays of my neck which thankfully is just strained, and my friend had his gash sewn up it required 8 stitches, he was seen by a maxillo facial doctor who did an excellent job. When my wife came to see us she was brought to our side immediately and made comfortable. The Doctor in charge of our treatment was courteous, efficient and very calming. I cannot rate them highly enough, we are very lucky to have such a good service so close by. They were all in good spirits despite being so busy with so many ill people being brought in. Thank you.
