"Excellent hospital care"

Admitted to day surgery unit for operation to release trigger finger. The human scale of the hospital is such a refreshing change from the 'you are just a number' regime at Addenbrookes. My consultant was informative, concerned, helpful, skilled and just completely competent - I cannot praise him and his team enough. Nurses were efficient, had time for me and help make the whole trauma pass with smoothness and efficiency. I have had private care in the past and this was better! Enough said.
