About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

On 3rd December I was referred to PAH by GP. I was admitted that night after it became clear that I had a blocked artery in my leg caused by a blood clot. Surgery took place the very next morning. The care I received, from the surgeon & consultant all the way down to the nursing staff was top class. This was the first time I had every had surgery & was quite a worrying time for me but I was well looked after. There was, however, a minor assault on myself by another patient but this was very minor & did not ruin my experience.
