I was welcomed into the Cardiology Dept at the Freeman Hospital on 1-Feb-14, as an emergency admittance. From the time of admittance, I was treated with the highest degree of dignity, and kept updated with the continuing diagnosis. Since my discharge from 7 days in hospital, I have been in regular contact with my consultant, who has been exceptional, from his care, attention, and expert, valued opinion. I am certain I have received the best possible treatment, in what is, after all, an extremely stressful environment for the patient, and the entire medical team, which is something that is often overlooked. I have come a long way in 11 months, and I am eternally indebted to the caring staff at Freeman Hospital Cardiology Department.
