"Good care despite obvious lack of staff"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

My mum spent 5 days on E4 and was well looked after by the staff on there but it was obvious that there were too few staff to provide better care. The ward was clean and food was fine but the staff were rushed off their feet.

We're pleased to hear you felt your mother was well looked after and that you were happy with the state of the ward. It has indeed been very busy at the hospital recently and we are very well aware of the pressures on our staff. Your comments have been passed on to the relevant managers. thank you
