I felt it was reasonible to leave a review due to the fact the complaints dept did not even call me back !!. 2 trips to A and E recently. Firstly I was sent home with a broken foot having being told is was fine. I was also asked "what are you doing here again when I presented back 1 week later. They read the x-report which said fracture and then changed tact and plastered me - who notifyies the pt if you have a fracture ?! Second visit, ruptured achilles - moved out of a corridor into the waiting room - lying accros chairs in obvious pain undignifying and embarrassing !!. Waited 7 hours to see an ortho Dr on one of the quietest nights Ive ever seen 3/7/14 - check the 4hour wait report. I would rather drive to another hospital than recommend this hosptial to anybody. Of Note - admin staff rude / obstructive - no leadership - only saving grace was a fantastic male HCA on the night shift who nearly made up for everything single handed with wit and professionalism.
